Step One – Analyzing Your Data and Environment We begin the customization
process by identifying your goals for custom training, followed by analyzing your data and work environment.
Your unique training objectives are used as the foundation for adapting Information Builders' existing courseware.
Step Two – Customizing Exercises Next, we create customized course materials
and/or exercises using your own data. The goal is to provide relevant exercises that show users how to access
their data and that reflect how that data is used in their daily work environment. The customized classes use
these exercises to emphasize "learning by doing."
Step Three – Delivering Customized Training
Once the custom exercises are developed and tested, an Information Builders instructor teaches
the pilot customized course at your site. Feedback is collected for modification and enhancement and our instructors
can continue to teach the customized classes at your site.
