An Extra Advantage of Information Builders Training
The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) provides individuals with recognition for their
efforts to update or broaden their knowledge or skills through participation in continuing education
activities. CEU records or transcripts are frequently used by individuals to supply an employer or
prospective employer with information on continuing education and training pertinent to their occupation
and to provide documentation to registration boards, certification bodies, or professional and occupational
societies.
One CEU is defined as 10 contact hours of participation in an organized continuing
education experience, under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction. CEU
credits for Information Builders courses are listed on individual course descriptions. Each student
completing a course will also receive a certificate indicating the CEU awarded.
If you have questions regarding CEU, please contact your Education Account Manager
or call (800) 969-INFO. |
